Our system (furnace split) went out (was original to the 1964 home we purchased over a year ago) and Kolby came and gave us our 3rd estimate. Dunn's was in the middle of all 3 quotes. We went with them because of the professional and personal treatment we received from the office and Kolby.Brent and Taylor installed our new system 2 days later! Brent went over the process of their installation and our new thermostat features.Electrician: Derrick A came out and repaired an outlet (installed a GFI) and replaced ceiling fan in kitchen (one I bought). He did a great job. He was professional and personable.We would highly recommend Dunn's.

Water supply leaked from a corroded water PSI regulatory. Dunn’s responded within a few hours and quickly had the bad regulator removed from system and new fittings and pipe installed.

Ethical. Honest.Ben came, checked the water heater and lit the pilot light (heater is in the attic and we're too old to limb the ladder). What he DID NOT do is lie about it. Fast ssrvice. Ac went out and brenden k came out the next day and checked everything thoroughly explained the problem and gave me three options to choose from to fix it. Low price to high. Hats off to the entire staff at Dunn's. Roger was extremely patient and determined to resolve an issue I was having with my hot water heater. He was very professional and worked with the manufacturer until a resolution was reached. Chris and Colton were excellent during the installation process. They were on time, friendly, maintained a neat work area and provided very useful information. Dunn's staff was very professional and kind. Within one day I was scheduled for Ric R. to come check out my air conditioner. He explained everything he was going to do and when he located the problem he also explained it in detail and all the costs including and option to become a member. Membership pays for 2 cleaning a year, this said you are virtually getting one of them free . Membership is $225 per year. One cleaning cost $200. I felt it was a good investment.I will definitely use Dunn's again and ask for Ric R. again

Great services! I called during the night when my heat stop working (in the middle of a freeze warning)! The after hour price was kind of expensive, but my warranty company did reimburse me, thankfully. Overall, I was pleased with the services. Very professional. They even sent me a picture and background information on the technician selected to service my home. Definitely 5 stars for services, but deducting 1 start for after hour fee totaling $218.00. Other than that, I highly recommend.

I have an older home and utilized the Plumbing and Electrical services of this company. The technician Derrick was professional, great communication skills and kept me informed each day of the job. Also had the plumbing replaced to include the water and drainage. Jacob and Allston also was professional, took great pride in their work and kept me informed each day of the progress and next steps. During multiple days for both repairs the team made sure clean up was completed each day and that I had water and electric in a portion of the home each day once they left. We were unaware our gas furnace was failing and after having a technician come out on a Friday, we had a new system installed by Monday.
