Great services! I called during the night when my heat stop working (in the middle of a freeze warning)! The after hour price was kind of expensive, but my warranty company did reimburse me, thankfully. Overall, I was pleased with the services. Very professional. They even sent me a picture and background information on the technician selected to service my home. Definitely 5 stars for services, but deducting 1 start for after hour fee totaling $218.00. Other than that, I highly recommend.

The team from Dunn’s did a great job installing our dryer and venting system, at a reasonable price. Very efficient, arrived on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will use Dunn’s again!

Ben was able to shut off the shower and capped it. It had been dripping for2 was then it just started flowing steady . The cold water knob was strip. Thank u so much. I would have him do all our plumbing. Made my 89 yr old mom feel comfortable with his mannerisms

Recommend this company a 100% to anybody. They do a wonderful job. The price is a little expensive but it's worth every penny cause. They do the job right?

Fast ssrvice. Ac went out and brenden k came out the next day and checked everything thoroughly explained the problem and gave me three options to choose from to fix it. Low price to high. Most companies would just give high price only. Brenden was professional and courteous and explained all to me. I would recommend Dunns to anyone and will definitely use them again!

I have an older home and utilized the Plumbing and Electrical services of this company. The technician Derrick was professional, great communication skills and kept me informed each day of the job. Also had the plumbing replaced to include the water and drainage. Jacob and Allston also was professional, took great pride in their work and kept me informed each day of the progress and next steps. During multiple days for both repairs the team made sure clean up was completed each day and that I had water and electric in a portion of the home each day once they left. I would highly recommend the services of this company.

I was very pleased with the quick response we received from Dunn’s. We were unaware our gas furnace was failing and after having a technician come out on a Friday, we had a new system installed by Monday. We also had a new AC unit installed as it was 24 years old.The technicians who did the installation were very knowledgeable and did their job efficiently.My husband and I are very pleased.

As a real estate agent, I come in contact with multiple companies and I have used Dunn’s time and time again. Over the holidays and with the altering weather in our area, they were very quick to get to our house. After we decided to install new thermostats, they came out to make sure that they were set up properly. They always call when they are on their way, they are professional, polite, and I highly recommend them.

We called Dunn’s due to our heat pump not working. Trevor called when he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. He was very courteous, professional and fast. He explained everything to us as he was doing it. After the visit was over he explained other services Dunn’s offers and their pricing. 10/10 would recommend

I have been a Dunn's customer for years. By chance they recieved some work through a home warranty company for my property which was a win win. They are always prompt, and courteous with scheduling and service. Mike did a great job on the install, and even asked if he could use my vacuum cleaner to clean up a small amount of debris that was caused by their work. Even though it was a home warranty job, Dunn's took pride in their work as if it were a job they procured themselves.

Paid these guys 6k for installation and about another 2k in parts over time for about 6 yrs.Not including our collapsed ceiling from condensation.After about 5 yrs.or so and 900$ in more freon they finally got the AC figured out.Now sitting here with 4 degree outside temp right before Christmas the emergency heat doesn't work automatically best it can do is keep it 60 degrees inside.Well anyway this new Heat pump is junk.Never use these clowns again.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He was very professional, and personable. He conducted a thorough inspection on the house and the gave a clear and concise estimate for repairs. I have not purchased this house yet, but if I do I will be using Dunns, top of the line service and you are not made to feel as a number or just another job.

I will never call this company again. We called for maintenance on our 1 year old home’s tankless water heater and faucets after they got clogged up from sediment leftover from the initial installation. I had already installed a filter, just didn’t know there was still sediment in the heater. I was incredibly busy with work at the time and didn’t have time to do the work myself. Aubrey showed up, told my wife they didn’t work on those, then charged her $100 for a $10,000 quote to replace the whole water heater and supply lines and put in a new filter system. Had to go without hot water for over a week, but I managed to clear it up myself with a few hours of labor and a shop vac. I was very let down.
