CSR Anniston Location
Looking for an entry level and or experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! - Must have strong communication skills, including pleasant phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes are common
- Must be able to listen and resolve customer inquiries while updating account information
- Must be able to utilize phone, email, and other software communications at a level of expertise
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks with ease
- Must have flexible availability due to remote on call needs of business
- Must feel comfortable offering upgrades and informing customers of options over the phone
- Must be able to conduct multiple inbound and outbound calls throughout the day
- Must be willing to collaborate and work well with fellow team members
- Perform other duties assigned by management

Plumber Anniston or Pelham Location
- Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
- Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
- Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
- Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
- Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
- Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
- Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
- Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients

Electrician Anniston or Pelham Location
- Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
- Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
- Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems
- Use hand and power tools
- Adhere to state and local building regulations
- Complete work orders on time
- Create records of materials used
- Set up and test computer systems by running cables and connecting computer jacks and plugs
