It took Dunn's heating 7 home visits in a two month period to fix the issue we had with our HVAC unit. The technician never came or followed up when he said he was going to, we had to call the office the day after the technician said he would come to inquire about what was going on. The call center was always friendly and helpful. The technician would not keep his word. He told us a part needed to be replaced and said he would come back the next day to fix it. Not only did he not come back, but when we called the call center he claimed it didn't need a new part, the coils just needed cleaning. He didn't come when he was suppose to to do that. We had to call to get him over. That was not the issue. We had to call to get him to come out again. He said the problem was above his knowledge and he'd be back the next day with his superior. He never came. I called and he came by himself. He rigged some things to try to see what exactly was the problem and let us with no ac over the weekend in mid August. Still didn't check back when he said he would. Finally got him to come with his superior. They decided to completely replace the unit. It took 3weeks for them to get the new unit and come replace it when they told me it would be no more than 6 business days. They told me they'd call to schedule the replacement. They sent me a text when they were on the way. Thankfully I happened to be home that day or else I probably would've had to wait at least another week... I do not recommend this company!
